Return & Exchanges

Returns:
At TCG.Store, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns or exchanges in specific circumstances due to the scam/fraud in the returns and exchanges in the Trading Card Gaming (TCG) industry.

You may request a return or exchange if you receive the wrong physical product or if it arrives in a condition different from what you ordered. If either of these situations occurs, we will gladly replace the item (if possible) or issue a full refund for the affected physical product if unopened and in original sealed packaging.

Code Cards: We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges for online code cards. Once code cards are sold, they cannot be reused, as the code is shared at the point of purchase.

Single Cards: In the event of receiving a product in a condition other than what you ordered (for instance, receiving a Lightly Played card instead of a Near Mint card), you have the option to request a replacement (if available) or receive a partial refund, as per your preference.

Incorrect Addresses or Refused Packages

Before finalizing your order, make sure you have the correct address. In the event of packages being returned due to incorrect addresses or refusal, a minimum 20% restocking fee will apply, and shipping charges will not be refunded. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to process after the product is returned.

Late or Missing Refunds:
Refunds may take a few days to be fully processed. If you receive a notification from us regarding the refund but do not see the credited amount in your account (bank or PayPal) within 72 hours, please reach out to your bank or PayPal to seek their assistance. Box and Paint Condition

Kindly be aware that the item you receive may not come with a perfect box or paint job. Although we make an effort to select the best items for collectors, there might be shelf wear, scratches, creases, cuts, small dents, bends, or other imperfections.

Regrettably, we cannot process exchanges based on imperfections in the box or packaging. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Exchanges:
We offer exchanges solely for damaged products or instances where you received the wrong item.

If you wish to exchange an item, please send us an email at hello@tcg.store, and we will be prompt in approving the exchange. We will then provide you with detailed instructions to proceed with the exchange.
