Pre-order Policy

When you place a pre-order with TCG.Store, you'll receive first priority from our shipment as soon as the stock arrives. Here's some important information about our pre-order policy:

• Orders with both pre-order and in-stock items will ship the in-stock items immediately and the remaining pre-orders when ALL pre-orders in the order are available.

• All pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase, not shipment, securing your top priority.

• Release dates are estimates and subject to possible delays or cancellations. If an item is canceled by the manufacturer, we'll refund all pre-orders for that item. 

• We will do our best to provide the product on the day of release, although it is not guaranteed. Possible delays include but are not limited to: Delay in shipment from distributors, delay in shipment from shipping companies like UPS or USPS, release day corresponding with a holiday or outside our normal hours of operation.

• Pre-orders can be canceled with a 20% cancellation fee, deducted from your refund. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy.

• Pre-orders ship once they arrive at our warehouse. If you order multiple pre-order items together, the order will ship when all items are available.
