Cancellation Policy for TCG.Store - TCG Dot Store

For recently placed orders that have not yet shipped, please contact us immediately at hello@tcg.store with the order number to request cancellation before the item ships. 

Please refer to our returns policyWe do not accept returns after the item is shipped.

Regarding pre-orders, they can be canceled with a 20% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Kindly note that we can only issue refunds to the same payment method used during the original purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund to an alternate card or account. If the original payment method is no longer valid, please inform us before the refund is issued. In such cases, we can provide the refund in the form of an in-store credit. If a refund has already been issued and we are later notified that the account is closed, we will be unable to retrieve the refund.
