Shipping Policy
TCG.Store ships from our location in New York, NY (United States) on business days, Monday to Friday.
If the item you order is in-stock, we usually ship within 1-2 business day, this can vary depending on order volume.
All orders will include online tracking unless otherwise stated for items like stickers, please wait up to 48 hours for the tracking number to update on the courier's website. If you do not receive an email with a shipping notice and tracking number, please check your spam folder or search in your inbox for “TCG.Store”. Please note, all delivery windows are estimates, as couriers can be impacted by delays.
Please ensure you have the correct shipping address prior to checking out. Our system is automated and we will be unable to make any changes after an order has been placed. Thank you.
For Domestic Shipments:
If you select standard shipping, your order will be shipped via USPS. Your order should arrive within 2-14 business days or sooner once your order has shipped.
Monday - Thursday: Orders will be shipped the next day.
Friday: Orders placed before 5pm EST will be shipped the same day.
Friday (evening), Saturday, and Sunday: Orders will be shipped on Monday.
Holidays: Orders placed on a holiday will be shipped our next business day.
During peak periods such as new product launches, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holidays, severe weather, or emergencies, there might be additional processing time required for your order.

Currently, our shipping services are limited to the United States. However, we have plans to expand internationally in the near future.
