Returns:
At TCG.Store, we prioritize customer satisfaction. We hope you love your Pokémon display cases and stickers! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.Â
To begin a return or exchange, please email us at hello@tcg.store with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll get back to you with next steps. Please note that the return and exchange must meet the following condition requirements"Â
Conditions of Return
 • Items must be returned in their original condition.
 • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
 • If items are not returned in their original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value (as agreed upon with us).
 • We do not accept returns on custom or personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Incorrect Addresses or Refused Packages
Before finalizing your order, make sure you have the correct address. In the event of packages being returned due to incorrect addresses or refusal, a minimum 20% restocking fee will apply, and shipping charges will not be refunded. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to process after the product is returned.
Late or Missing Refunds:
Refunds may take a few days to be fully processed. If you receive a notification from us regarding the refund but do not see the credited amount in your account (bank or PayPal) within 72 hours, please reach out to your bank or PayPal to seek their assistance. Exchanges:
We offer exchanges solely for damaged products or instances where you received the wrong item.
If you wish to exchange an item, please send us an email at hello@tcg.store, and we will be prompt in approving the exchange. We will then provide you with detailed instructions to proceed with the exchange.
